We are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and traceable shipping and delivery services for our customers, and we work with trusted international and local logistics partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, product quality inspection, and secure packaging, and varies based on order quantity and product type:
- Standard Orders (1-5 items): Processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Bulk/Large Orders (6+ items): Processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation (a dedicated customer service representative will contact you to confirm the exact processing timeline).
- Customized Orders: Processing time will be confirmed via email at the time of order placement, based on your specific customization requirements.
Note: We reserve the right to extend the processing time in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product stock shortage, quality inspection issues, public holidays), and we will notify you of any delays via email with a revised processing and shipping timeline.
2. Shipping Zones and Methods
We offer shipping services to Hong Kong (all districts) and international destinations worldwide (excluding regions with shipping restrictions due to local laws, logistics limitations, or geopolitical factors). We partner with reputable logistics carriers to provide both standard and expedited shipping options, and the available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
2.1 Hong Kong Local Shipping
- Carriers: SF Express, Hong Kong Post, Kerry Logistics
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Delivery: Door-to-door delivery for all Hong Kong districts (including outlying islands).
- Express Delivery: Priority door-to-door delivery for urgent orders.
- Delivery Scope: Covers all residential, commercial, and industrial addresses in Hong Kong; PO Box addresses are not accepted.
2.2 International Shipping
- Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Hong Kong Post Air Mail, EMS
- Shipping Methods:
- International Standard Shipping: For regular international orders, with trackable delivery.
- International Express Shipping: Priority international delivery for urgent orders, with door-to-door service and real-time tracking.
- Restricted Regions: We do not ship to regions with active shipping bans, trade sanctions, or no reliable logistics coverage (a shipping restriction notice will be displayed at checkout if your address is in a restricted region).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, product quantity, and selected shipping method. All shipping fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and are non-refundable (unless the order is cancelled before shipping or the delivery is failed due to our error).
3.1 Hong Kong Local Shipping Fee Rules
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders with a total amount of HKD 800 or above (no weight limit for standard ceramic products).
- Paid Standard Shipping: HKD 30 for orders with a total amount below HKD 800 (weight limit: 5kg; additional HKD 10 per kg for overweight orders).
- Express Shipping Fee: HKD 50 for orders under 5kg; additional HKD 15 per kg for overweight orders (free express shipping for orders with a total amount of HKD 1,500 or above).
3.2 International Shipping Fee Rules
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight/dimensional weight of the order, delivery destination, and selected shipping method (dimensional weight is used if it exceeds the actual weight, in accordance with logistics carrier rules).
- Free International Standard Shipping: For international orders with a total amount of HKD 3,000 or above (applicable to most countries/regions; excluded regions will be marked at checkout).
- All international shipping fees include basic shipping insurance (covering loss or damage of the package up to HKD 500); additional insurance can be purchased at checkout for high-value orders (HKD 20 per HKD 1,000 of insured value).
Note: Shipping fees do not include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local handling fees for international shipments (see Section 7 for details).
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines start from the date of order shipment (not the date of order placement/payment) and are estimates only (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays). The actual delivery time may vary due to logistics carrier schedules, customs clearance (for international orders), and local delivery conditions.
4.1 Hong Kong Local Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days after shipment (outlying islands may take an additional 1 business day).
- Express Delivery: Same day or next business day after shipment (for orders shipped before 12:00 PM Hong Kong Time).
4.2 International Delivery Timelines
- International Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days after shipment (for most Asia-Pacific, North American, and European countries/regions; 15-30 business days for remote regions).
- International Express Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment (for most major cities worldwide; 7-10 business days for remote regions).
Note: We will provide a tracking number and shipping carrier link via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to track the real-time status of your package at any time.
5. Delivery Requirements and Responsibilities
5.1 Delivery Address Requirements
- You must provide a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address (including street name, building number, unit/floor number, postal code, and contact phone number) at checkout; incomplete or incorrect addresses will cause delivery delays or failures.
- We only ship to physical addresses; PO Box, freight forwarder, and temporary addresses are not accepted for international shipping (unless confirmed in advance via customer service).
- If you need to change the delivery address after order placement, you must contact our customer service team before the order is shipped; we do not accept address changes for shipped orders, and any delivery failures caused by incorrect address information are your responsibility.
5.2 Receipt of Delivery
- Signature Required: All orders require a signature from the recipient (or an authorized person at the delivery address) upon delivery; the logistics carrier will not leave the package unattended without a signature (to prevent loss or damage).
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If the delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., no one at the address, incorrect contact number, recipient refusal), the carrier will attempt delivery 2 additional times (for Hong Kong orders) or 1 additional time (for international orders). After failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the nearest carrier pickup point or our Hong Kong warehouse.
- For Hong Kong orders: You may collect the package from the carrier pickup point within 7 days or request a redelivery (additional redelivery fee may apply).
- For international orders: You may arrange to collect the package from the carrier pickup point within 10 days; unclaimed packages will be returned to our Hong Kong warehouse, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees and re-shipping fees if you request re-delivery.
5.3 Risk of Loss/Damage
- The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon successful delivery (i.e., when the package is signed for by the recipient/authorized person).
- For packages lost or damaged before delivery (excluding customs inspection damage for international orders), we will initiate a compensation claim with the logistics carrier on your behalf and provide a resolution (full refund, replacement, or re-shipping) at no additional cost to you (subject to the shipping insurance terms).
6. Order Tracking and Delivery Notifications
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your order contact email, including the tracking number, shipping carrier name, and tracking link.
- Real-Time Tracking: You can track the package status by entering the tracking number on the logistics carrier’s official website or our Website’s Order Tracking page.
- Delivery Notifications: The logistics carrier will send delivery notifications (SMS/email) to the contact phone number/email provided at checkout before delivery, to remind you of the estimated delivery time.
- Delay Inquiries: If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeline, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number; we will investigate with the logistics carrier and provide a detailed update within 2 business days.
7. International Shipping: Customs Clearance and Duties
7.1 Customs Clearance Responsibility
- Customer’s Sole Responsibility: All international orders are subject to customs clearance in the destination country/region, which is the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will provide all necessary shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list) for customs clearance, and the invoice value will be the actual order amount (we do not offer under-invoicing or tax-free documentation).
- Customs Clearance Delays: Customs clearance delays (e.g., additional inspection, document verification, local customs processing backlogs) are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any delivery delays caused by customs clearance issues. We will assist with providing additional documents for customs clearance upon your request, but the final clearance decision is made by the local customs authority.
7.2 Duties and Taxes
- All International Taxes/Duties Are the Customer’s Responsibility: The product prices and shipping fees displayed on our Website do not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, sales tax, brokerage fees, or local handling fees for international shipments. These fees are levied by the destination country/region’s customs authority or logistics carrier and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery of the package.
- Fee Calculation: The amount of duties/taxes is determined by the destination country/region’s customs laws, based on the product’s declared value, category, and local tax rates. We cannot estimate the exact amount of duties/taxes, and you are advised to check with your local customs authority for tax rate information before placing an order.
- Refusal to Pay Duties/Taxes: If the recipient refuses to pay the applicable duties/taxes, the package will be returned to our Hong Kong warehouse, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees, original shipping fees, and any customs penalties incurred. We will issue a refund for the product amount (excluding all shipping fees and penalties) after the package is returned to our warehouse in good condition.
8. Shipping Delays and Cancellations
8.1 Unforeseen Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, transportation strikes, customs delays, logistics carrier service disruptions, geopolitical issues). In the event of such delays, we will notify you via email with the latest shipping update and revised delivery timeline, and we will work with the logistics carrier to expedite delivery where possible.
8.2 Order Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service team with your order number; we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund (including the product amount and shipping fee) within 3 business days of confirmation (no cancellation fees apply).
8.3 Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order or recall the package. If you no longer wish to receive the order, you must refuse delivery (for international orders) or arrange for the package to be returned to our warehouse (for Hong Kong orders) upon delivery, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees and original shipping fees (the product amount will be refunded after the package is returned in good condition).
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
9.1 Damaged Packages
If you receive a package with damaged products (caused by shipping), you must:
- Take clear photos/videos of the damaged product, original packaging, and shipping label immediately upon receipt.
- Contact our customer service team with your order number, tracking number, and the photos/videos within 3 business days of delivery.
- Our team will verify the damage and initiate a compensation claim with the logistics carrier; we will then provide a resolution (full refund, free replacement, or partial refund) at no additional cost to you, based on the extent of the damage.
Note: We will not accept damage claims without valid photos/videos or claims submitted after the 3-day period.
9.2 Lost Packages
A package is deemed lost if it shows no tracking updates for 10 business days (Hong Kong orders) or 20 business days (international orders) after shipment, or if the logistics carrier confirms the package is lost:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number to file a lost package claim.
- We will investigate with the logistics carrier and confirm the loss within 3-5 business days.
- For lost packages, we will provide a resolution (full refund of the product and shipping fees, or free re-shipping) at your choice, subject to the shipping insurance terms.

For material changes to this Policy (e.g., major shipping fee adjustments, changes to free shipping thresholds, restricted shipping regions), we will notify you via a prominent banner on our Website’s homepage and a reminder email to our registered customers at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
